Nottingham Forest new boy Dexter Blackstock believes the Reds have what it takes to stay in the Championship - and is desperate to help them do it.
The striker could make his debut in the crucial game at Barnsley on Saturday after joining on loan from QPR.
The 22-year-old told BBC Radio Nottingham: "If I didn't feel we could get out of this, I wouldn't have come.
"It's not about me coming here and scoring goals. If we stay in this league, it's been a success."
Blackstock becomes the seventh loan signing in the current City Ground squad, leading to selection problems for manager Billy Davies.

We've got a good squad of players and a good coaching staff. Hopefully we can all pull together and get out of this trouble we're in

League rules state that only five loanees can be named in a matchday squad of 16, and Davies knows he has decisions to make.
"It's not what we want...but we find ourselves in this position," Davies said. "I've got to sit down and pick the five players that I think can help us win a particular match."
The manager, though, knows Blackstock can make a difference over the last six games of the club's battle against relegation.
"The strikers we have are all a certain type. Joe Garner, Nathan Tyson and Robert Earnshaw like to play with a bigger striker, someone who can act as more of a target man. The introduction of Dexter will certainly help them," he said.
